Hi Rusfox, thanks for responding. My concern with diarrhoea is the dehydration being worsened by the ES drinks. It's just after 10am Sat now and still got the trots, tho not as bad. Will see how I feel at 2pm, am quite tired with sore back. Musta overdone it with the juice yesterday so diluting further. Tks, Bronwyn :)
