I've had those things several times. I think they are chaff, flakes of cholesterol. That stuff needs to come out, it clogs up the biliary ducts. I don't know if the fasting affected your flush or not. The two flushes I've done after Master-Cleanse were my most productive in terms of number of stones passed.
