Hi there, I timed coming off Master-Cleanse to do the liver flush, with diluted apple juice 50/50, lemonade and water. Reintroduced juices day before yesterday, now it's 2:30pm (I'm adding an hour to the programme to ensure I can sleep better) and I'm going to delay it til tomorrow. Had diarrhoea all day today! Like SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) never ended.

Any one got advice to ensure diarhoea won't happen tomorrow so I can safely flush then? Had none yesterday.
