Carolien, The first time I flushed I used cold-pressed walnut oil.Unlike almond or avocado oil, walnut has a distinct flavor, and I kinda liked it mixed with grapefruit.Seems like it costs a bit more but compared to liver trouble this flush is dirt cheap at any cost! Have a ball, y'all! kgold
