Hi there,
yepper, I am flushing too! I went to the store yesterday
for oil, and I looked at different kinds. I didn't dare yet to try a different oil, like avocado oil, also cold pressed, but I am really wondering if it is something that would work as well. Anyone have any input on that?

Anyway, I have everything ready and will drink the oil/grapefruit juice tmw night. I am ready for it too. My liver has been bothering me, like it was swollen. I was never really aware of the discomfort it could give me, but now I know where it comes from and it definitely is the liver.
I am enjoying applejuice today and tmw until 2 pm. I love my applejuice!

I have gotten fairly comfortable with the procedure, but I am starting to hate that oil mixture.
How about you?
