There are a few things I didn't undertand about clarks method.
He says to do it on a weekend, but I didn't undertand if the day that you flush is the second or third.
I am to know if I should start friday or saturday evening.
ANyway, am I going to be ok to work on monday?
What are the best ways to regain your strength after the flush?
What is that Ornithine thing to go to sleep and where do I buy that? Will that really put me to sleep?
I am late sleeper, I go to sleep everyday around 2am. So it will be very hard to be ready to sleep at 10pm...And also to wake up at 6am.
