Do the flushes! The pain in your right shoulder is most likely from your gallbladder anyways. This could also explain your gas and bloat that you feel. If you don't have stones (which a majority of people do) then you just won't pass any. It won't harm you at all. I encourage you to do some flushes and see what comes out! Good luck.
