Hey, Rusfox, thanks for the tip. I find this all so fascinating, I can't wait to try this flush for myself! So what I seem to be getting from the boards is that most people continue with the flushes because it makes you feel so good, as opposed to having any pains or side effects that *force* you to keep flushing. (Excluding the ones who have problems with their gallbladders, that is.) Am I on the right track here?
