Have you done the lemonade cleanse? I really had a hard time keeping the salt down in the morning so I am a little hesitant to try Hulda Clark 's recipe, with the Epsom salt. Did you try the recipe from "Are You Stoned?" If so, how did they compare for you?

Thanks again for the advice, I will post my results after I give it my first try. Good luck with #8 and the kitchen remodeling :)
