well so far, my bowel movements seem to look a little better..they seemed more formed this morning and some sank..they still look a little greasy..
what do all of you think about flushing weekly. I want to flush again this weekend. I really think I am getting somewhere now..this last flush was excellent. I felt good and I want to keep feeling that way..I have a little shoulder blade pain again so I am wondering if thing are really moving in there and If I should flush again this weekend..
