Thanks for all the info. I had thought about throwing in some Grapefruit-Seed-Extract here and there, after reading about a persons Antibiotic treatment....how her Dr. had her switch between two different kind. I thought that must certainly apply to OLE and GSE. I am very anxious to get started, since I have already seen a big difference after starting OLE.

The proper diet and lifestyle is easy, since I've been a fitness person all my life. I don't drink and I don't eat fast food. Proper nutrition is very important to me.

I hope that my last few symptoms will go away with this combination.
