I have started to use Olive Leaf Extract a couple of month ago and have seen great results. My symptoms are almost gone, but only almost. I use the 18% Oleuropein Glycerite from NOW. I take 300 mg up to 4 times a day. I have the Samento from Nutramedix on order and should get on Wednesday. I am real anxious to start it.

Is there a certain dosage combination I should follow?

I also used to take Grapefruit Seed Extract, but switched to Olive Leaf Extract. I might add it agin, though.
