thank you for your response! it is very helpful. Yes, I did want to know if I could continue cleansing while fasting. i am beginning to make some progress and I would hate to stop now. I will take your advice and try to get all the water in that I need during evening hours. since we are on the subject, I wonder if there are any suggestions you might have concerning what to have for the morning meal before fasting. I have been fasting for Ramadan for three years, but this year i am now eating natural and unprocessed foods. culturally, my family are irish-catholic so they can't advise me!
