Thanks for taking the time to explain it in a nutshell for me!

You would like the Halal menu we have.

On a more worldly based platform, its so hard to eat healthy with all the JUNK all the stores carry 24/7.

I dont think if one were to actually SEE HOW these corporations MAKE this stuff ( packaged foods, sodas, granola bars, fruit snacks, hebrew beef franks etc )
Any would be allowed for consumption! But God is merciful lol!


By the way that is kind of you to not eat while your friend is fasting. Sounds like you have a sensitive nature, keep strong and keep growing in faith.
