Another thing I wanted to add.

There is a saying of Mohammed where he told and commanded his people not to favor him over any other prophets.

Each prophet was sent to His nation. Noah had his nation, Moses had his nation etc.
Jesus peace be upon him, had his nation who by the way rejected him for the most part as with ALL prophets at some point. There are some nations where not one single person followed their prophet. And there are nations where ultimately all of the people followed their prophet as in the case of Jonah ( Yunus ) after he recovered from being swallowed by the whale.
Jesus foretold that he was going to leave so that the comforter could come. So in these days Jesus is not our present day prophet. In Jesus' day, who ever did not obey him, lost eternal life. Likewise in this day whoever does not obey the comforter Muslims call Mohammed, all will be lost as they are brothers and serve the same God in Heaven.

If and when we see the true Jesus walk this earth again, we will then follow him. God willing.

Also some prophets are sent with a code of life, or a set of Laws. Jesus peace be upon him was not sent with a new set of Laws but with guidance of a type of revision of the Laws of Moses. He told his people he came not to destroy the Law, but lift certain things that were restricted to the children of Jacob or Israel, that had been forbidden to them. Never once did he eat pork, say he was God, carry or instruct others to build temples with crosses,say he was the creator of his people or was able to create anything, say he could forgive sins or heal anyone on his own, but by the will of his Father who is in Heaven. The Jewish terms in the Bible refer everyone as sons of God, this does not imply literal sonship. God in the Bible said that another prophet was his firstborn son, that he begot him- as well, this is the terminology of the ancient semetic language of Hebrew. The Jews know full well that Jesus was not God, but go to the extreme to call Jesus a false prophet! No! He was a true prophet and the top five of all men created! Peace be upon him.
Mohamed peace be upon him, was sent with a code of life, a new set of Laws, so this is why there is more to follow as well. This sunnah, or practice, is very similar to the previous prophets. The type of actions are in full harmony with other prophets. The Ten commandments, diet, form of worship, and most importantly the Unity of God ring true in Islam the final revision of Gods Laws sent for humankind.
In Islam he ( Jesus ) is blessed by Allah the day he was born and the day he dies and the day he is risen again! ( Quran ) This means that everyone will taste death, and every soul will be recreated and rise from this earth to stand before the Supreme Creator on the Day of Judgement.
