I have pulled up some conflicting information on the net regarding the dietary practices of Muslims. Some sites show that all "unclean" meat is forbidden - pork, shellfish, products with lard, buzzards, etc. Another site I pulled up only mentions pork and its products.

Also the way the animal is slaughtered is mentioned on some sites, but how does one obtain "kosher" meat?
