I wanted to mention that I dont plan on coming online for a few days at least. (insha'allah) I am turning off the computer and TV for a while and detoxing my mind a bit.... you know get back to the true spirit of things.
Along with this I plan on doing juice fasting for a few days (insha'allah). Master cleanse combined with veg broth. If anyone wants to join me on this journey it would be nice. I will be checking my emails once a day (insha'allah) so if anyone wants to join me we can correspond via emails.

I would like to start the fasting this evening at 7pm... wow... thats only 30 min away! but I normally have a better sucess on this type of fast when I start in the evening. I find I feel the sucessof completing a few hours of a fast in the evening plus fasting of course while asleep helps me be encouraged for the next day. Purely psychological I know... but if anyone wishes to join me jump in anytime!...
