YEs it can...but more has to do with the relationship of emotions to certain organs.
the analysis of the veins in the whites of eyes (Sclerology)is more direct to emotions.

Say that an impaired liver is linked to anxiety, and you are anxious. Then you know you really need to work on your liver.

Also, the ayurvedic analysis of iris says alot more about emotions than the typical iridology.
