I don't think that iridology itself can bring about change it is a diagnostic tool and a very valuable one. The iris shows what is going on in the body, I have noticed that my iris is very cloudy and can get dark in bad health and since I have been using holistic practices it has been clear blue. I believe it is true 'the eyes are the windows to the soul'.
