Starbursts mean that a major lifestyle/crisis is happening. Grieving over a very close loved one fits the bill, but to be safe its good to hear that you are accepting resposibility for change--just make it a drastic diet/lifestyle change for the better.

Consider a predominantly vegetarian diet in accord to your blood-type.
