the first thought would be
(assuming a real trust and maybe questioning again...)

*that fish oil per se isn't the problem, but maybe:

it's
*the brand
*the particular batch
or
*it is *good* and the 'reaction' is a cleansing
or
*it is good, but not "today" (maybe just give a break for a day or two)
or...

* it is good, but not until the burden
of other food sensitivities is lessened.

you see the variables that layer up
behind a straight yes or no?

I hope that helps.

If he were my son, I'd go through each variable, and check those.

I highly recommend learning to do this yourself. Google "Perelandra" for some very good online instruction with photos. Working on your children seems to me a good way to perfect the tool, because there is already great love there, and a true desire to know the truth.(for their sake)

One's self is sometimes harder, for several reasons.

One aditional thought: have you considered (gentle) Liver Flushes for your son?

The liver is very much linked to these sensitivities and the burdens of same.
You might compose a post to Andreas ( Ask Andreas Forum ) and keep it ready for forum opening. Or you can post your subject line quickly, as time allows, and go back in later to paste in the 'letter'. He will likely open the forum in the next few days for more questions. If you read some of his posts you'll appreciate why it's worth waiting for his views, and why he closes the forum so much. It maintains the integrity and the 'sacred space'.

best with your son's health

* I just noticed that fsnaturelady had posted the link for perelandra below

A very good way to teach yourself.
