I don't seem to feel certain enough, nor do I practice muscle-testing. I do, however, send energy, and love, and thank water.

I don't have any sure 'signs' of effectiveness in sending energy or blessing, but I do it anyway. It pleases me.

Maybe I've only tried self-muscle-testing on too important issues, and allowed self-doubt to interfere.

Perhaps I need to practice more, on simpler subjects.

How did you go about learning? And what successes have you had?

Any doubts?
