I am trained in kinesiology and maybe this book has been discussed on the website elsewhere. but if not, I highly recommend Power vs. Force by Dr. Hawkins as one of the best books I've ever read, not just on the topic but for anyone. (that's saying alot, iread tons of books!) It will change your thinking and your life! Peace....
