Hi Lexicomane,
I have RA too for about as long, and continue down the same healing path. Still don't have any definative answers yet, but things have chnaged for me - I've been off medicine for almost 3 years. Many days I have no pain at all. Other days I wonder if I am doing the right thing...mostly swelling, but not a lot of pain.
This has been a very long process for me - probably for 8 years - it's progressively gotten more and more hard core, though I haven't done a Liver Flush yet (I know I am moving in that direction, still fearful of them)
What are you doing besides these flushes/cleanses? How's your diet? Have you done a really good Elimination Diet to rule out any food issues? What about stress? Are you working on reducing this? Have you tried visulaization, meditation, EFT - something to put your mind/body in tune for healing - setting in the belief that you can heal is huge, I believe. I get JMT, and I think it's great! Don't know why there isn't a forum here for it...
Wish I had some really good answers for you, but I did want to send you my support.
There are so many options out there and the more you get in to it, the more overwhelming it can be. This is a very hard road. Nuture and love yourself as much as you can.
