You could be suffering from a ganglion on of the wrist but proper diagnosis can be made only on examination. Homeopathic Medicine has good remedies like Arnica, Rhus tox, Calc flour, Calc phos, Silicea to get rid of the ganglion ( if it so ) and improve your grip, by relieving the pain.
