Just pointing out that myriad means "a thousand" and so to say "a myriad" means "a a thousand." The proper use would be "people may be uneasy... for myriad possible conditioned reasons..."

Sorry Lapis, not trying to correct you here so much as pointing out to people en masse this common blunder.
