Hello Avacado Girl!

I too have Interstitial Cystitis & beleive i have Candida. Ive been told by many & because i know the facts on candida that that is what i have. I recently in the past couple days have started the no sugar, no good food diet & im sooo confused as to what i can eat. Ive found in the past couple days, after always eating alot of Sugar that my body is detoxing really bad! Is this normal? What can i do when i feel as if my blood Sugar is so low & i feel like im gonna pass out? I dont wanna eat whats bad for me & make my bladder worse, but is there anything i can eat that will zap me back when im haveing a Sugar attack that is not harmful to my bladder or make my candida worse! Im a mess! If you can help me i'd be so appreciative! When you have candida & IC it pretty much makes eating anything imposible. I havent a clue what i can eat with a variety. Im tired of chicken & broccoli, eggs & squash......what else can i eat? Im not dealing with this very well... Ive had candida for aprox 5 yrs & had the devistating effects of IC for 4 yrs now.
