After reading all of this about IC I was wondering if anyone had some ideas for help, or if I was on the right track already.
Approximately four years ago I had a miscarriage, which then the doctors proceeded to perform a DNC. About three to six monts following my digestion stopped working and I couldn't eat anything for about two months. During this time I began to urinate quite frequently and lose a great deal of sleep.
For the past four years I haven't slept through a night, however; I have learned to live with this. I just recently came on to this website and have read the post regarding Ic and it's connection with Candida-is the best way to cure this with a diet
After all of this began I started going to a urologist for a brief time-I was diagnosed with IC by one doctor and an overactive bladder by another. They all tried to put me on extreme amount of meds, but I don't think this is the answer.
For the last year and a half I have also had a chronic problem with bacterial vaginosis-which is why I believe I have developed candida. Is there anyone who may have some answers-or am I correct to try a new diet and possible cleansing.
