Dear Avocado Girl :)
Hi there my name is Tamara, I suffer with IC, i was diagnosed in January this year, altho i have suffered with the symptoms since i 19 years old, i am now 22. I am currently trying different herbal remedies, and am very interested in talking to others who have gotten their IC under control. I would appreciate very much if you could find the time to email me back, and let me know what has worked for you :)
