Salt is something i have not used in nearly 40 years.
What i mean is our family stopped using table salt at that time for health reasons.
But we do use Epsom Salts for Liver Flushes and for the bath to detox as well.
The only salt that i usually use is what is in the food we eat.
I never add salt to anything except maybe a recipe.
