Hi All,

My IC was entirely candida related. If you are eating sugar, stop immediately. If you are eating nuts, lemons, tomatoes or anything acidic, you must stop eating those too.

Most of us have digestion issues as well. Kick the candida and your body will return to its healthy state.

The sooner you stop the prescrip. meds the better.
