I seem to have the same problem. I went about 7-8 hours this past Saturday - during the day - without having to urinate and I consumed about 2 1/2 quarts of H20. Why can't I do that at night? I always have to get up atleast once in the night or more, sometimes, 12am, sometimes, 2am and other times 4am. It does not seem to help that I empty my bladder before going to bed. This is frustrating.

I have started taking two different supplements with MSM in them about a week ago, so will wait to see if that makes a difference over time. And I am also trying to get more alkaline. One chiropractor has suggested that awakening at night is a problem with acidity.
