I did a salt water flush this morning to move my BM'S because i got a bit constipated during apple fast.
Anyway i realized about 3 pm that i had hardly had to pee at all today. With my history of frequency this is a bonus.
So i was wondering if maybe it was the 2 tsps. of salt that are retaining fluids in my body.
Maybe i should try this more often, plus maybe its getting rid of any built up bacteria in my system in that area.
Any thoughts anyone.
