Hi Elly,

thank you so much for all that information - I really do want to try this, it sounds right. When you took that, did you also take capsules of both, or what? also, how much did you take? I know there will be instructions on the bottle, but sometimes people take a little more or less, you know? so , how much did YOU take? thanks again! starlight
