I don't know a lot about iron and Vit. C, but you can go to the Vitamin C website and learn more. I wouldn't suggest a dosage for you, don't know enough.

Good luck, I don't think the Cat's claw could do anything but help.

I haven't had any trouble taking it, but have read some can't take as high a dose.
