Your doctor sounds like he is one in a million! Do you have to pay a lot for the TAO Cats Claw?
You mention that large amounts of Vitamin C should not be taken by people with iron deficiency. In your opinion (from what you've learnt), what would be a reasonable amount to take daily, if you don't mind me asking, as I am iron deficient, due to inflammation.
Iron preparations make it worse, unless they are pre-digested, but they are not strong enough for me, and have no effect. I am hoping that the Cats Claw, being a natural anti-inflamatory, will help this, but would like to take the Vit. C. also.
