Hi Nordskoven,

I used vitamin C in hard tablets for
many years. However, I switched to
vitamin C crystals several years ago. The powder is absorbed quicker.

I take 14,000 mg of vitamin C each
day. About 10,000 mg is in the form
of sodium ascorbate crystals that are non-acidic. The other 4,000 mg
is ascorbic acid. I buy my vitamin
C from Bronson Vitamins.
