I had a hard time with the cayanne mixed with the lemonade as well. I learned on this site to try the cayanne in gelcaps. I found organic gelcaps at Whole Foods, a package of 100 was a couple of bucks. Bought a small food funnel, scoop the cayanne into the funnel and store them in a small pill box. It is alittle time consuming, but it is well worth it. I take the cayanne gelcap and immediately follow it up with the lemonade drink.
