My wife and I are just on our first day of The Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet .

In general, we like it a lot and hope for some great effects. But she has a problem ingesting pure cuyenne because of the "heat factor." We also have had difficulty finding cuyenne oil in this area, which we've been told is less hot on the palate.

Any advice for what we can do to have the proper effects while not having to drink the straight cuyenne?
