I was wondering about you this morning Blueskyz. Congratulations on going the 10. I know what you mean about the veggie broth, there is nothing to compare with that first taste of (almost) real food. I am interested in hearing all your impressions about MC. Was it worth it?
In my case I have to say yes, even with the bad emotional stuff. I have had to relive some unpleasent memories, come to terms with a few things instead of burying them, and accept the fact that some bad stuff happened at the hands of people I loved and trusted. All in all it was examining a lot of emotional poop. Now that its over I'm glad its out. Just like the legendary mucoid ropes, I wonder how much is still in there.
I'm looking forward to your impressions and observations. Remember-chesse is not your enemy; its the abuse of cheese can can harm you.
