Breakfast Update....and need advice. by Canyonero F ..... Master Cleanse Support Forum

Greeting's healthy folk,

Thought i post a little update as to my progress and describe how i broke my fast. I completed a 31 day Master-Cleanse about 11 days ago. Decided i achieved all the results and was ready to transition over to solid foods again. I am now completly vegan and have ate only raw foods since the last day of the MC. For 3 days after my Master-Cleanse i drank only frech OJ mixed 50% with water. Then i began incorporating other juices into this. For another 3 days i added Grapefruit, apple, carrot, celery, and some other juices into this 50/50 mix juice/water. I would accasionaly flavor it with cyanne pepper just because i love the taste now and believe i can feel it cleaning out my system. Also drink a cup or 2 of mint tea with lemon. (replaces my previous daily dose of coffee). 3 days ago i started eating raw fruits. Apples, pears, grapefruit, oranges. WOW! everything is so tasty. And I get very full just by eating 1 peice of fruit. My BM's have increased frequency since adding the solid foods and i feel like i'm very regulated. Today i'm going to incorporate some dried fruit for lunch. Looking forward to some raisins. Anyway, I actually feel like the cleansing process has actually stepped up since adding the fruit. especially mentally. I'm so focused and my mind is so clear. I really just enjoying life. Feel very euphoric and wonderful throughout the day. I've also lost more weight since addint the fruit, about 4lbs which makes it about 24 lbs since starting the MC. A person i haven't seen in a while commented on how fit and skinny i looked...nice. Again, this fast has been totally benifical to me and feel i have gained so much from it.

I'm a little concerned about an upcoming event in my life and wondering if anyone out there has any advice for me. I truly feel that a raw food diet is the path to greatness for me. Of course i'm the only one i know who would ever consider this so being around people and food together is a toughy situation. Well, I'll be going on a vacation with my parents for 4 days and need to know what is the least painful way to continue to abstain from toxic foods without having them freak out. they already think i'm crazy for baing a vegetarian for the past 10 years, and every time i see them they always comment on how i'm not getting all my essentials. It gets really frustrating. When we go out to dinner my mother feels like she has to find the vegetarian dish in the menu and point it out to me and comment like "see they have somethign for you"....aargh...annoying. Anyway, sorry to ramble, anyone have thought on how to still have a happy time and enjoy our trip with out starting off on a sour note, and have them worry about me the entire time. By the way, these trips we take usually involve a lot of resturant visits (and to places not likley to have much in terms of raw). My p's love ribs, burgers, anything fried and rustic style foods. By mentioning the word vegetarian in some of these places i fear for my life (exaggeration.
