Per Stanley Burroughs book The Master Cleanser (the "Lemonade Diet") it's only 2 level teaspoons salt per quart warm water....not 1 tablespoon. However I have trouble getting the swf to work properly sometimes, and have found that slightly heaping my 2 tsp's sometimes helps. I guess 1 tbsp is about 2 heaped tsp's right? Any advice on finding the right mix to get the best flush?
By the way, I have found it much better to finish the liver cleanse with swf instead of the 3rd and 4th Epsom Salts ....much better flushing/elimination of stones, and none of that painful intestinal cramping.
