Thanks guys for trying to help me.

I know the locations of my organs. At the moment I don't need critics. I need HELP. If my pancreas has not free access I will end up poisoning myself. I will buy today malic acid to soften the stones, I tried to drink apple juice but since I am clogged, I have pain everytime I drink it.
