No discomfort or cramps. I did take the homeopathic Mag Phos 1M, which is a specific for abdominal cramps, before starting.

You can see my flush diary down thread (go back a few pages). It's called First Flush Diary, parts one & two. It's got an hour by hour record.

P.S. No, wasn't wiped out. Felt fine! I can't remember, maybe I was a little sleepy. But if you read the diary, you'll see I didn't get much sleep the night before due to a few things.
