Hi Tigerfish

Well I have not been very good at the colon cleansing so far. I had to stop the psyllium as I was getting pains in my stomach. What I found working for me was pumpkin seeds, doing the diet and following the digestion rules. I have almost got rid of the acid reflux and don't take antacids any more which is a step forward. I can't get an appointment for a colnic 'til June. I am going to start doing enemas this week if I can get the equipment! When I use the castor oil pack I find it very relaxing and know it's helping in that regard but not sure to what it is actually doing for my insides. I think I will know better when I get more organised and find the treatments to suit me.

I hope you also manage to do the same
