Hi Midlothian girl

Every time I see your name on a post I think you are a fellow Scots girl. I live very near the Lothians here - Mid, West and East!

I thought your post sounded just up my street. I haven't done a Liver Flush yet as I am still finding my way and trying to get the Colon Cleanse done properly first. I cannot take Epsoms so your method sounds ideal. Can you tell me how you take the Magnesium Citrate? I have some capsules which are 200mg strength so wondering if they would be any good. Also is it essential to take melatonin. I 've not heard of this - what does it do?

I've done a castor oil pack to help with the colon cleansing. I had to buy a pair of pillowcases to get the flannel!
