You might have seen my message that I am new and afraid of ES!

I was heartened by your use of magnesium Citrate. You put "the entire bottle in 2 doses (watered down) for the 6 and 8 p.m. doses - worked very well!!!"

Could you please elaborate?

What size was the bottle. I recall seeing a smaller and a larger size in the drugstore. How many ounces or MLs in your "entire bottle"? And was this all you needed -- no morning doses?

Further, you used malic acid. Do you mean you drank apple juice, or is there a malic acid supplement that you took?
