The one I am doing is very similar to Schultz. The only difference is I bought tinctures from Healing America that have the herbs and garlic in them so you dont have to eat garic cloves. It is 5 days long. You can eat raw food if you digestion can take it. I am eating lightly cooked veggie soup. Just no meat, fat, or dairy. It is a hard cleanse because it goes on for so long. But you take in alot less oil. most is 5 tablespoons/day with applejuice.
