Shelly emailed a recommendation to me for a simple Liver flush. I think Im going to end this liver "cleanse" with a mini flush. I feel better today. I pooped out 2 more strings/worms. Who knows. Anyway. Give me a jingle on the email! rudolphkt@chilitech.com
