Eat lightly...maybe some soup or even a little steamed veggies.

I put the colander right in the toilet. After the bm, I shake the colander and flush the toilet. Keep doing that until there are only stones in the colander. I dig around with chop sticks too. After I am done passing stones, I pour bleach in to toilet, right on the colander and clean that and the toilet with the toilet brush.

If you want to save your stones, freeze them. I have mine in a baby food jar.

The darker colored stones are older.

Sounds like you had a wonderful flush.
